Tianjin Jukun Metal Technology Co.,Ltd. was founded in Aug. 2005,formerly known as Tianjin Jukun Metal Technology Co.,Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and sale of cold roll coil(TMBP) , tinplate and tin free steel.The company registered capital of CNY100,000,000， the totalassets of CNY200,000,000.It covers an area of nearly 17 acres.
The company located in the Yue Long Industrial Zone of Ninghe County , Tianjin city , it has a conve-nient transportation,80 km away from The Tianjin port, 20 km away from the Jingha expressway,15km from the outer ring of Tangshan，2 km from the Tanglang expressway.
The mainly products are cold roll coil(TMBP), tinplate and tin free steel,thickness from 0.12 mm to1.00mm, width from 600mm to 1050mm,temper from T-2 to DR-9,tin coating 1.1/1.1g/m2,2.8/2.8g/m2,2.8/5.6 g/m2, annual sales of 150000 tons.
The products are mainly used for making tin can, barrel and cap, and are widely used in the packingof food, beverage, tea，nourishmentand grease barrel tank, chemical barrels, for example tomatocan , crown cap, paint can,and household appliances, electronic products and other metal packagingfields.
Now equiped 3 sets of 6 roller reversible rolling machine - type-800, type-850, type-1150, levelingmachine, stretching and straightening machine , degreasing machine and shearing machine, 16 setsof box-type bright annealing furnaces and CNC grinding machine.All these production line with highautomation system , reached the domestic advanced level in the same industry.
Jukun strictly control the quality of products during the manufacturing process, pursue science, stan-dard and strict quality control and internal management system,strictly enforce 102 inspectionprocess requirements.The professional quality inspectors is tracking control products quality ,trackingfrom raw material purchase, semifinished product inspection, final product inspection till shipment.Jukun built the "Quality Test and Research Center" specially, equipped with tensile testing machine,hardness tester, metallographic analyzer , cupping testing machine, carbon sulfur analyzer, spectro-photometer and other testing equipment. And equipped with highly educated and professional techni-cal personnel to detect product chemical, mechanics, metallographic, hardness testing,to ensure theperformance and physicochemical properties of products.
